Return and exchange
If you want to return or exchange for any reason, we are here to help you! We provide return or exchange service within XX days after receiving your order. The refund will be made in the same way you used to pay. If XX days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange service.
We accept cancellation of the order before the product is processed. If you cancel the order by then, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order. 
Return/Exchange Conditions
1. All products must be returned in the original sales state, without obvious signs of wear or use;
2. The returned product must still be labeled and returned in the original packaging;
3. The discounted products are final products and cannot be returned;
4. Customized goods cannot be returned;
5. We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country/region where the order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Thailand must be returned from Thailand;
6. Unfortunately, unless the product is defective or the wrong product, the return/exchange is not free (import and transportation costs will be charged at your own expense);
7. Any defective product can apply for return. However, if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or changed its original condition, we reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange.
8. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us in time. You need to send us your order number and pictures of the product condition.
9. Do not return the product through the return process without authorization. We strive to solve all your problems within 24 hours after receiving the message. 
After we process the refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you choose to refund via the original payment method, you can deposit the money into your account within XX working days at most. If you still have not received your refund after XX days, please contact your payment processor directly for more information.
